Xfactor Dates prides itself on selecting only the most stylish locations to host its events. But Style can mean different things to different people. To some the glamour of our city-centre venues is what excites them most. To others, the out-of-town location of bohemian Moseley is what floats their boat.
And now to add to our roster of top locations we have added the night-life centre of Moseley - The Cross!
If you've not visited The Cross you won't know about it's comfortable bar, large leather sofas, wide selection of beers and wines and top local DJ's who play both old Skool and club classics.
And you won't know about the loft above The Cross which at weekends plays host to the top parties in the area.
Following extended consultation between XfactorDates and The Cross we are pleased to announce Speed Dating events here in the heart of Moseley with exclusive use of The Cross's Loft Bar. Come and explore the different feel and vibe of a venue that each week attracts Birmingham's cognoscenti.

Following extended consultation between XfactorDates and The Cross we are pleased to announce Speed Dating events here in the heart of Moseley with exclusive use of The Cross's Loft Bar. Come and explore the different feel and vibe of a venue that each week attracts Birmingham's cognoscenti.
Our Speed Dating evenings are a great fun way to meet likeminded singles in a relaxed atmosphere. Just come along with an open mind and don't take it too seriously. You’ll have a great time and meet lots of single people and the chance to meet that someone special.
Speed Dating guests are greeted by our Host and Icebreaker. On arrival our host will register you in to the event and give you a scorecard, a name badge and a pen, then invite you to have a drink at the bar to mingle with other guests.
Then the host will announce that the dating begins. Women will be seated, while men will rotate between tables every 3-4 minutes so you get to meet and chat to everyone at the event. After each date, guests mark on a scorecard whether they would like to see that person again.
The Speed Dating sessions finish between 9 and 10pm, when guests are invited to stay on afterwards for drinks at the bar and further mingling.
Everyone takes their scorecards home with them at the end of the night to enter their ticks online on the Xfactor website and find out who they’ve matched with. You can then contact anyone you match with through our secure website.
