An exciting concept in day and evening hospitality has come to the city of Brighton, with the citys first true late night style bar.
With seating on the boardwalk for around 100 guests on the south facing terrace overlooking the Marina’s outer harbour, Karma will afford guests the opportunity to relax in the sun and look out over the boats whilst enjoying a lazy lunch or a cool drink.
The interior has been decorated with woodcarvings, hammered copper panels and lights, with rich colours creating a soft, warm, friendly and seductive atmosphere. Reclaimed items have been imported from Morocco, India and Thailand and include a 100 year old wood carved building frontage, which is fixed to one of the walls inside Karma.
There are several VIP sections and large lounge Bed areas where guests will be able to enjoy waitress service and an excellent selection of cocktails and champagnes. Karma is a true late night Brighton venue that opens until 2.30am with DJs playing at weekends, adding that extra atmosphere to the night with a mix of cool classic tunes. Designed to an extremely high standard, its said that great efforts have been made so that the bar transforms in the daytime in order to cater for the wider range of clientele that the Marina attracts.
Karmas VIP areas are exclusively for the most exquisite occasions, available by invitation only. We have designed our VIP areas to be the most exclusive, comfortable and inviting in Brighton. To gain access to our exclusive VIP & VVIP areas you must arrive early as entry is granted on a first come, first served basis. You may not enter Karmas VIP areas unless you are specifically invited. Please ensure you are smartly dressed.

From the main Brighton Marina entrance follow signs for the multi story car park.
Take the pedestrian walkway from the car park to The Waterfront, which includes shops, restaurants and the Seattle Hotel.

Karma oozes sophistication and sits on the Brighton water front. With sumptuous sofas and mood lighting, Karma is the most fantastic setting to make the most of your speed dating experience.
Our Speed Dating evenings are a great fun way to meet likeminded singles in a relaxed atmosphere. Just come along with an open mind and don't take it too seriously. You’ll have a great time and meet lots of single people and the chance to meet that someone special.
Registration opens from 7.30pm and Speed Dating kicks off at 8pm prompt.
Speed Dating guests are greeted by our Host and Icebreaker. On arrival our host will register you in to the event and give you a scorecard, a name badge and a pen, then invite you to have a drink at the bar to mingle with other guests.
Then the host will announce that the dating begins. Women will be seated, while men will rotate between tables every 3-4 minutes so you get to meet and chat to everyone at the event. After each date, guests mark on a scorecard whether they would like to see that person again.
The Speed Dating sessions finish between 9 and 10pm, when guests are invited to stay on afterwards for drinks at the bar and further mingling.
Everyone takes their scorecards home with them at the end of the night to enter their ticks online on the Xfactor website and find out who they’ve matched with. You can then contact anyone you match with through our secure website. All our events are guaranteed! If you don't meet at least one person you'd like to see again, your next event is free.
