Two venues in one: Antix, the ground-level café/bar, and Attix, the first-floor club and cocktail bar. Mightily impressive drink selections across draughts and bottles takes in Staropramen, Leffe, Hoegaarden, Blackthorn, Stella, Beck’s, London Pride, Tyskie, Magners, Zywiec and more, beside Moet champagne cocktails, classics, wines, spirits and shooters. Excellent food ranges from cake with your coffee to a fine three-course meal.
Attix-goers can smoke on the terrace while those in Antix enjoy an awning and heating by the big front windows so you’re still part of the party. Recommended by the tourist board as one of Bristol’s safest venues.

We have exclusive use of the upstairs at Attix Bar and Lounge. This venue offers luxurious decor, soft lighting and comfy seating helps create a truly relaxed and intimate atmosphere. One of Bristol's most central venues, the Attix sets the backdrop for a fantastic atmosphere and indulge in a touch of luxury...A true delight.
Registration opens from 7.30pm and Speed Dating kicks off at 8pm prompt.
Our Speed Dating evenings are a great fun way to meet likeminded singles in a relaxed atmosphere. Just come along with an open mind and don't take it too seriously. You’ll have a great time and meet lots of single people and the chance to meet that someone special.
Speed Dating guests will be greeted by our Host and Icebreaker. On arrival our host will register you in to the event and give you a scorecard, a name badge and a pen, then invite you to have a drink at the bar to mingle with other guests.
Then the host will announce that the dating begins. Women will be seated, while men will rotate between tables every 3-4 minutes so you get to meet and chat to everyone at the event. After each date, guests mark on a scorecard whether they would like to see that person again.
The Speed Dating sessions finish between 9pm & 10pm, when guests are invited to stay on afterwards for drinks at the bar and further mingling.
Everyone takes their scorecards home with them at the end of the night to enter their ticks online on the Xfactor website and find out who they’ve matched with. You can then contact anyone you match with through our secure website. All our events are guaranteed! If you don't meet at least one person you'd like to see again, your next event is free.
